PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
SPECIAL MEETING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Anna will hold a special meeting on
Tuesday, October 15, 2002, at 7:00 p.m. at the Anna City Hall, located at 101 N. Powell
Parkway, Anna, Texas, to consider the following items.
1. Call to order.
2. Roll Call.
3. Citizen comments and other presentations.
4. Consider recommendation regarding zoning request by Solid Ground, L.P., on 51.7 acre
tract on CR 367.
5. Consider recommendation regarding preliminary plat for Lakeview Estates (Solid
Ground, L.P./Don A. Tipton, P.E.).
6. Consider recommendation regarding annexation of 35.0804 acre tract owned by Mr.
Tommy Tompkins.
7. Consider recommendation regarding zoning of 35.0804 acre tract owned by Mr. Tommy
Tompkins.
8. Consider recommendation regarding preliminary plat for Westfield Addition.
9. Consider annexation request by Dr. William Weaver for 344.33 acre tract located J. M.
