PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
REGULAR MEETING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Anna will hold its regular meeting on
Tuesday, December 3, 2002, at 7:00 p.m. at the Anna City Hall, located at 101 N. Powell
Parkway, Anna, Texas, to consider the following items.
1. Call to order.
2. Roll Call.
3. Citizen comments and other presentations.
4. Consider approval of Minutes of meeting of October 3, 2002.
5. Consider approval of Minutes of meeting of October 15, 2002.
6. Consider approval of Minutes of meeting of November 5, 2002.
7. Consider approval of Minutes of meeting of November 19, 2002.
8. Consider recommendation regarding annexation of Anna 57 Acre West Tract.
9. Consider recommendation regarding zoning of Anna 57 Acre West Tract,
10. Consider recommendation regarding preliminary plat for Anna 57 Acre West Tract.
11. Consider recommendation regarding preliminary plat for 114.252 acre Bradley tract,
located near northwest corner of FM 455 (W. White Street) and U. S. Highway 75 (S.
Central Expressway).
12. Consider recommendation regarding zoning request by Dr. William Weaver for 344.33
acre tract located J. M. Kincaid Survey, A-509, Joseph Boyle Survey, A-105, and John
Coffman Survey, A-197.
13. Consider zoning request by Mr. Soon Waft Chee for 96.085 acre tract located in Thomas
Rattan Survey, A-782.
14. Discussion and action as desired regarding infrastructure assessments/impact fees.
15. Discuss and take action as desi^ed regarding Landscape Ordinance.
16. Discuss and take action as desired regarding Architectural Standards.

17. Discuss and take action as desired regarding Subdivision Ordinance.
18. Update on current projects.
