PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
SPECIAL MEETING
August 9,2004
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Anna will hold a special meeting on
Monday,August 9,2004,at 6:30 p.m.,at the Community Room of the Texas Star Bank,located
at 402 W.White Street (FM 455),Anna,Texas,to consider the following items.
Please note that the meeting will start at 6:30 p.m.The first 30 minutes of the meeting
will consist of a staff briefing regarding agenda items.The Commission will begin
consideration of agenda item 4 at 7:00 p.m.
1.Call to order.
2.Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
3.Staff briefing.
4a.Public Hearing:
To consider public comment on a zoning request by Quan H.Vu on behalf of Anna 55
LLP for Planned pevelopment Single Family Residential zoning for a 55.008 acre tract
in the Robert-A.Johnson Survey,Abstract No.479,and the Ezra Shelby Survey,
Abstract No.839,tract located on the south side of CR 367,approximately 0.5 miles
east of intersection of CR 367 and S.Central Expressway (U.S.75).
4b.Consider recommendation on a zoning request by Quan H.Vu on behalf of Anna 55
LLP for Planned Development Single Family Residential zoning for a 55.008 acre tract

Abstract No.839,tract located on the south side of CR 367,approximately 0.5 miles
east of intersection of CR 367 and S.Central Expressway (U.S.75).
5a.Public Hearing:

Development Single Family Residential zoning for a 19.944 acre tract in the Thomas
Rattan Survey,Abstract No.782,tract located on the west side of Oak Hollow Estates,
Phase 4,approximately 0.5 miles east of intersection of W.White Street (FM 455)and
S.Central Expressway (U.S.75).
5b.Consider recommendation on a zoning request by Lee R.Purser for Planned
Development Single Family Residential zoning for a 19.944 acre tract in the Thomas
Persons with a .disability who want to attend this meeting who may need assistance should contact Wayne
