REGULAR MEETING
October 5, 2004
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Anna will hold its regular meeting on
Monday, October S,-2004', at 6:30 p.m., at the Community Room of the Texas Star Bank,
located at 402 W. White Street (FM 455), Anna, Texas, to consider the following items.
Please note that the meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. The first 30 minutes of the meeting
will consist of a staff briefing regarding agenda items. The Commission will begin
consideration of agenda item 4 at 7:00 p.m.
A Call to order.
2: Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
Staff briefing.
4. Work Session: Zoning issues related to development of Leonard Enterprises property in
G. Stark Survey, Abstract No. 798.
5. Consider action as desired regarding request by Ms. Molly Young regarding historic
zoning and native green street planting.
6. Discuss request by A & H Investments regarding redevelopment issues along W. Fourth
Street in downtown Anna.
7. Staff report/update on current projects.
8. Video presentation — Community of Choices.
9. Citizen comments and other presentations.
10. Adjourn.
