PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
REGULAR MEETING
January 3, 2006
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Anna will hold a meeting on Tuesday,
January 3, 2006, at 7:00 p.m., at the Community Room of the Texas Star Bank, located at 402
W. White Street (FM 455), Anna, Texas, to consider the following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
2. Discussion: Melissa Henderson, Senior Planner, City of McKinney, to answer questions
and discuss McKinney development experience.
3. Leo Valencia with North Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) will make a
presentation on "Development Excellence".
4. Consider/Discuss/Act on recommendation regarding Outdoor Lighting Ordinance,
5. Consider action to approve Minutes of the December 6, 2005 meeting.
6. Adjourn.
