The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Anna will hold a meeting on Tuesday,
March 7, 2006, at 7:00 p.m., at the Community Room of the Texas Star Bank, located at 402 W.
While Street (FM 455), Anna, Texas, to consider the following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
2. Consider/Discuss/Act on final plat for White's First Addition.
3. Consider/Discuss/Act on final plat for the Anna ISD Park Addition.
4. Consider/Discuss/Act on revised final plat for Walnofer Addition.
5. Consider/Discuss/Ad regarding recommendation(s) for revisions of the Anna Sign
Ordinance.
6. Consider/Discuss/Act regarding review/revisions of development regulations.
7. Citizen comments and other presentations.
8. Staff report(s) and discussion of other issues, including suggestions for future agenda
items, as desired by commission members and staff.

b. City council action report.

9. Consider action to approve Minutes of the following meetings:
• February 7, 2006
• February 21, 2006 Workshop
• February 21, 2006 Special Meeting
