REGULAR MEETING
July 6, 2006
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Anna will hold a meeting on Tuesday, July
6, 2006, at 7:00 p.m., at the Community Room of the Texas Star Bank, located at 402 W. White
Street (FM 455), Anna, Texas, to consider the following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
2. Consider/Discuss/Act on recommendation regarding site plan for ( Willow Creek Plaza)
Phase (1A) Addition.
3. Consider/Discuss/Act on recommendation regarding preliminary plat for 455 / 75
Business Addition.
4. Consider/Discuss/Act on recommendation regarding site plan for 455 / 75 Business
Addition.
5a. Public Hearing
To consider public comments on a request by Mr. M. T. Akhavizadeh (Ted Zadeh) of
SHG Land Investments of Anna Five, Ltd, representing Camden Parc for Planned
Development District zoning including: Single Family Residential and Commercial uses,
a 57.48 acre tract in the J. C. Brantley Survey, Abstract No. 114, located on the east
side of Hwy 5 north, south side of CR 376 and west of CR 427.
5b. Action
Consider/Discuss/Act on recommendation regarding request by Mr. M. T. Akhavizadeh
