August 29, 2006
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Van Alstyne will hold a workshop on
Tuesday, August 29, 2006, at 7:00 p. m., at the Auditorium of the Grayson County Community
College located at 1401 W. Stephens, Van Alstyne, Texas, to consider the following items. This
meeting will be conducted jointly by the Planning and Zoning Commissions of the cities of Van
Alstyne and Anna.
1. Call to order
2. Briefing and discussion on the proposed Mantua development regulations.
3. Citizen comments and other presentation.
4. Adjourn
This is to certify that I, Natha Wilkison, City Secretary, posted this agenda at a place readily
accessible to the public at the Anna City Hall and an the City Hall bulletin board at or before
7:00 p.m., August 25, 2006.
