The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Anna will hold a workshop on
Saturday, January 19, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. at the Community Room of Anna City Hall
Administration Building, located at 111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the
following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
2. Citizen comments and other presentations.
3. Workshop: Discussion on revising City of Anna zoning ordinance concerning
fencing requirements regarding:
a. Construction specifications for residential fencing
b. Construction specifications for screening between residential and non-
residential uses
a Type(s) of screening required along roadway perimeters
4. Future agenda consideration.
5. Adjourn
