located at 111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5),to consider the following items.
1.Call to order and establishment of quorum.
2.Consider/Discuss/Act on recommendation regarding development plat for Calvin and
Frances Red.
3.Consider/Discuss/Act on recommendation regarding development plat for Kimberly Tauch.
4.Consider/Discuss Act on recommendation regarding the re-plat of "Willow Creek 1B
Addition".
5.ConsiderlDiscuss/Act on recommendation regarding the site plan and landscape plan for
"Willow Creek 1B Addition".
6.Consider action to approve Minutes of the September 2,2008 meeting.
7.Citizen comments and/or other presentations.
8.Adjourn.
