The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Anna will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday,
June 2,2009,at 7:00 p.m.,at the Community Room of the Anna City Hall Administration Building
located at 111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5),to consider the following items.
1.Call to order and establishment of quorum.
2.Citizen comments and/or other presentations.
3.Election of Officer:
Vice Chairman
4.(a)Public Hearing
To consider an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance changing Appendix 2 (use tables)and
section 22.02 regarding building size.
(b)Action
Consider/Discuss/Act on recommendation regarding proposed Zoning Ordinance change.
5.Consider action to approve Minutes of the May 5,2009 meeting.
6.Adjourn
