The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Anna will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, July
6, 2010, at 7:00 p.m., at the Community Room of the Anna City Hall Administration Building located at
111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
2. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance
Citizen comments and/or other presentations.
4. Election of Officer:
• Secretary
Consider/Discuss/Act on recommendation regarding development plat for Tommy A. Taylor.
6. Consider/Discuss/Act on recommendation regarding request by Julia Jackson Gray and Duncan
S. Gray, owners of property (Two -J Partners LLLP), concerning annexation of the following
tract: A tract of land in the F. T. Daffau Survey, Abstract No. A0288 generally located south of
CR 370 and west of West Crossing Blvd and adjacent to the city limits, containing 51.195 acres
more or less.
7. Consider/Discuss/Act on recommendation regarding request by Julia Jackson Gray and Duncan
S. Gray, owners of property (Two -J Partners LLLP), concerning annexation of the following
tract: A tract of land in the F. T. Daffau Survey, Abstract No. A0288 generally located south of
CR 370 and west of West Crossing Blvd and adjacent to the city limits, containing 60.5490 acres
more or less.
8. Consider action to approve Minutes of the May 3, 2010 meeting.
9. Adjourn
