SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
August 9, 2005 6:30 PM
Community Room, Texas Star Bank
The City Council of the City of Anna met in Special Session at 6:30 pm.. Tuesday,
August 9, 2005, at the Community Room, Texas Star Bank, located at 402 W. White
Street (FM 455), to consider the following items.
1. Call to Order.
Mayor Kenneth Pelham called the meeting to order at 6:42 p.m.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
Mayor Kenneth Pelham and Council Members Bobby Shiner, Mark Montgomery,
J.W. Finley were present. Council Member Lynn Mosier arrived at 6:55 p.m.
Council Member Garen absent.
3. Workshop:
City Manager, Lee Lawrence passed out draft documents for council to review
and briefly touched on items regarding 2005-06 budget for City of Anna Council
was also reminded of the workshop on August 10, 2005 at 7:00 p.m.
4. Adjourn.
Motion to adjourn at 7:01 p.m. by J.W. Finley, seconded by Mark Montgomery.
