BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Board of Adjustment of the City of Anna will hold a meeting on Tuesday, August 6, 2002, at
7:00 p.m. at the Anna City Hall, located at 120 W. 4th Street, Anna, Texas, to consider the
following items.
1. Call to order.
2. Roll Call.
3. Consider action on Minutes of meeting of July 2, 2002.
4. Consider request by Choice Homes for variance from provisions of City of Anna Zoning
Ordinance, Section 22 (Schedule of District Regulations), for property located at 408
Magnolia Street. (See attached application/request form.)
5. Consider request by Choice Homes for variance from provisions of City of Anna Zoning
Ordinance, Section 22 (Schedule of District Regulations), for property located at 318
Magnolia Street. (See attached application/request form.)
6. Consider request by Choice Homes for variance from provisions of City of Anna Zoning
Ordinance, Section 22 (Schedule of District Regulations), for property located at 212
Magnolia Street. (See attached application/request form.)
7. Consider request by Choice Homes for variance from provisions of City of Anna Zoning
Ordinance, Section 22 (Schedule of District Regulations), for property located at 409

4-11. Choice Homes Variances
Choice Homes requests a variance from the setback provisions of the City of Anna
zoning ordinance as described in the attached Application for Variance forms. Six of the
seven requests are variance requests from the rear yard requirement. One request is
for a variance from a side yard requirement. A copy of the plat is attached for your
information. The lots are cul-de-sac and corner lots on which the builder is constructing
larger homes that will not fit on the existing lot configurations. A representative of
Choice Homes will be present.
I recommend your approval of the variances.
