BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
NOVEMBER 2, 2004
The Board of Adjustment of the City of Anna will hold a meeting on Tuesday, November 2,
2004, at 6:30 p.m., at the Community Room of the Texas Star Bank, located at 402 W. White
Street (FM 455), Anna, Texas, to consider the following items.
1. Call to order.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
3. Staff briefing.
4. Consider request by Mr. Tom Ogden for variances as follows for property located at 408
S. Riggins Street, legal description being Original Donation, Block 1, Lot 3:
a. 6 feet minimum side yard (variance from 10 feet minimum side yard
requirement).
b. One enclosed parking space (variance from two enclosed parking spaces).
c. 50 feet minimum lot width (variance from 60 feet minimum lot width requirement)
d. 115 feet minimum lot depth (variance from 120 feet minimum lot depth
requirement).
e. 1,200 square foot minimum building size (variance from 1,800 square feet
building size requirement).
5. Adjourn.
