BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WORKSHOP
February 20, 2014
The Board of Adjustment of the City of Anna will meet in a Special Workshop Session at 7:00
p.m., February 20, 2014 at the Anna City Hall Administration Building, located at 111 North
Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. Members present were Jon Hendricks,
Robert Simonsen, LaShardar Jarvis-Wells and Scott Stroud. John Houcek was absent
from meeting. Staff present was Maurice Schwanke and Clark McCoy, city attorney.
2. Workshop: The following item will be discussed. No action will be taken.
a. Discussion regarding Board of Adjustment Rules and Regulations/Procedures - Clark
McCoy
Mr. McCoy reviewed the Rules and Regulations/Procedures with the members and
answered questions. No action was taken on this item.
3. Adjourn
There being no further business, a motion was made by Mr. Stroud, seconded by Ms.
Jarvis-Wells. The meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
