NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR
A VARAINCE
The Building Board of Adjustment (BOA) of the City of Anna will hold a public hearing in Council
Chambers at City Hall (101 N Powell Parkway) on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, at 7:00 p.m.
State law requires that cities notify all property owners within 200 feet of any variance request.
Therefore, by this notice, owners of property within the vicinity of this case are being notified.
The recording of the meeting will be hosted through the City of Anna Agenda and Minutes
webpage (https://www.annatexas.gov/962/AgendasMinutes). The agenda will be available
Friday, February 5, 2021; to access the meeting agenda, please visit the Agendas and Minutes
page listed above.

Background:Request a variance for 7’ of encroachment to an addition
(attached covered porch) with the depth of 15’, being built within
the rear setback of 25’.
