MINUTES
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
WORK SESSION
September 12, 2016
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Anna held a Work Session on
September 12, 2016, at 6:30 p.m., at the Community Room of the Anna City Hall
Administration Building located at 111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the
following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
The meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m. Members present were Sandy
Setliff, Donald Henke, John Johnson, Danny Ussery, and Wayne Barton.
Christian Landers was present at 6:54 p.m. and Don Callaham was present at
7:00 p.m. Staff present was Maurice Schwanke, Clark McCoy, City Attorney,
and Tana Ross.
2. Clark McCoy - Planning & Zoning Work Session
Clark McCoy, city attorney, gave a power point presentation and answered
questions from the commission members regarding the Rules and Regulation of
the Planning and Zoning Commission. No action was taken. The meeting
adjourned at 7:19 p.m.
