PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
SPECIAL MEETING
October 20, 2011
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Anna held a Special meeting on Thursday,
October 20, 2011, at 7:00 p.m., at the Community Room of the Anna City Hall Administration
Building located at 111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Halsell. Members present
were Tony Halsell, Louis Musmeci, Jennifer Strange, Justin Burr and Rick Skotzke. Mr.
Towner and Mr. Colombo were absent. Staff present was Maurice Schwanke.
2. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance
3., Discussion: Part III -A Subdivision Ordinance
Mr. Schwanke gave a brief overview to commission members of the changes regarding
the revised Subdivision Ordinance. He asked that the commission email him if they had
any questions/concerns regarding the changes.
4. Adjourn
There being no further business, a motion was made by Mr. Skotzke, seconded by Mr.
Musmeci to adjourn meeting. The vote was unanimous. The meeting adjourned at 7:19
p.m.
