Regular Meeting, May 21, 2007
The Park Board of the City of Anna will hold a Regular meeting at 7:00 pm, Monday,
May 21, 2007, at the Anna City Hall Administration Building, 111 N. Powell Parkway
(Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to Order and establishment of quorum.
2. Discussion and take action as desired regarding identifying, contacting and
establishing donation amounts for potential Fundraising Sponsors.
• Banks
• Businesses
• Builders
• Residents
I Update on pricing for metal bleachers vs. concrete stands.
4. Discussion and take action as desired regarding type of bleacherststands.
5. Update on breakdown of cost for baseball field lighting.
6. Discussion construction Slayter Creek Park.
T Update on applicants interested in Board Membership.
8. Discussion and take action as desired regarding a recommendation to City
Council regarding the replacement of Park Board member, Wendy Blair.
9. Discussion of items as desired by Park Board members; including future agenda
items.
10. Review and take action as desired regarding the Minutes of the April 16th, 2007
Regular Park Board Meeting.
11. Adjourn.
