Special Meeting, July 19, 2007
The Park Board of the City of Anna will hold a Special meeting at 7:00 pm, Thursday,
July 19, 2007, at the Anna City Hall Administration Building, located at 111 N. Powell
Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to Order and establishment of quorum.
2. Consider/Discuss/Action regarding electing a Chairman as stated in Ordinance
330-2007.
3. Consider/Discuss/Action regarding electing a Vice -Chairman as stated in
Ordinance 330-2007.
4. Consider/Discuss/Action regarding appointing a secretary to keep minutes of
Park Board meetings.
5. Update on Pogue's final estimate and contract.
& Update on alternative construction estimate by Helmberger Associates, the City
Engineer now working on the Slayter Creek Park project.
7. Discussion and take action as desired regarding recommendation to the CDC
(Community Development Corporation) of the City of Anna for assistance with
development of Slayter Creek Park.
8. Discussion and take action as desired regarding a Bond proposal to the City of
Anna for completion of Slayter Creek Park.
9. Update on tasks assigned as follows:
• Jon Hendricks -Contacting Banks
• Monica Barrientos-Ust of Anna Businesses
• Angie Toles- List of Builder Contacts and list of HOA's

10. Discussion and take action regarding purchase of three (3) easels to be placed in
local banks and City Hall for fund raising.
11. Discussion of items as desired by Park Board members; including future agenda
items.
12. Review and take action as desired regarding the Minutes of the June 4, 2007
Parc Board Special Meeting.
