May 7, 2012
The Park Board of the City of Anna will hold a special meeting on Monday, May 7, 2012, at
8:00 p.m. at the Community Room of Anna City Hall Administration Building, located at 111
North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
2. Consider/Discuss/Act on special event application submitted Joe Polanco, owner of
Billy's Bar & Grill, LLC regarding the request for an outdoor concert to be held on May
25, 2012 from noon to midnight.
3. Park Board Minutes
• April 16, 2012
4. Adjourn
This is to certify that I, Maurice Schwanke, Director of Planning and Development, verify that
this agenda was posted at a place readily accessible to the public at the Anna City Hall and on
the City Hall bulletin board at or before 5:00 p.m., May 4, 2012.
