REGULAR MEETING
June 17, 2013
The Park Board of the City of Anna will hold a regular meeting on Monday, June 17, 2013, a1
7:00 p.m. at the Community Room of Anna City Hall Administration Building, located at I I I
North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
2. Consider/Discuss/Act on recommendation regarding the special event application submitted
by Julie Cartwright, representative for Daddy Rex's Twisted Barbeque concerning the
request to have "Summer Music Nights" on Thursday's from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
starting June 27`s — August 22, 2013 located on Interurban Street between Mama Mia's
Pizza and Daddy Rex Barbeque.
3. Consider/Discuss/Act on recommendation on the special event application submitted by
Sara Cox, representative for the Greater Anna Chamber of Commerce regarding the request
for the "July 4`t' Fire Works Show" at the Anna Athletic Stadium/Middle School on July 4,
2013.
4. Consider/Discuss/Act on recommendation on the special even application submitted by Sara
Cox, representative for the Greater Anna Chamber of Commerce regarding the request for
the "Community Balloon Festival" to be held on October 25`s — October 26, 2013 at Slayter
Creek Park.
5. Park Update- Slayter Creek Park
6. Park Board Minutes
