MEETING
August 15, 2009 12:00 PM -Anna City Hall Administration Building
The City Council of the City of Anna met in Special Session at 12:00 p.m .•
August 15, 2009, at Anna City Hall Administration Building, located at 111 North
Powell Parkway (Hwy 5). regarding the following items.
1. Can to Order
Mayor Darren R. Driskell called the meeting to order at 12: 13 pm.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
Present were Mayor Darren R. Driskell and Council Members Mike Crist, Keith
Green, Marc Hendricks and Becky Glover. Council Member Anderson was
absent.
3. Consider/Discuss/Action regarding setting Public Hearing Dates on the
2009-2010 Fiscal Year Budget
Council Member Crist made the motion to set the Public Hearing Date on the
2009-2010 Fiscal Year Budget for September 15. 2009 at 7:30 pm. Council
Member Glover seconded the motion. Motion passes.
AYE 5 NAY 0 ABSTAIN o
4. Adjourn.
Council Member Hendricks made the motion to adjourn at 12:14 pm.
Council Member Glover seconded the motion. Motion passes.
AYE 4 NAY 1 (CM Crist) ABSTAIN 0
