CITY OF ANNA AGENDA NOTICE — CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
September 3, 2013 6:30 PM — Anna City Hall Administration Building
The City Council of the City of Anna met in Special Session at 6:30 p.m.,
September 3, 2013, at the Anna City Hall Administration Building, located at 111
North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), regarding the following items.
1. Call to Order.
Mayor Mike Crist called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
Mayor Mike Crist and Council Members Lauren Lovato, John Hopewell,
Chad Barnes, Nathan Bryan and Dick Dowd were present. Council
Member James T. Cook was absent.
3. Public Hearing: (2nd)
For City Council to hear public comment on the proposed 2013 Tax
Rate.
Mayor Crist opened the public hearing at 6:30 pm. There was no public
comment. Mayor Crist closed the public hearing at 6:30 pm.
4. Adjourn.
Council Member Hopewell made the motion to adjourn at 6:31 pm.
Council Member Barnes seconded the motion. Motion passes.
