Akhavizadeh property, a 66.543 acre tract of land in the J. C. Brantley Abstract Camden114. Property is located on the east side of Hwy 5 north, south side of CR 376 and west of CR 427. (Annexation request of This annexation is being requested by the property owner. The property is located south of and across CR 376 from Northpointe Crossing. The property owner intends to develop the property for single family residential use and possibly commercial and/or office use in the northeast corner of the tract.
