Zoning Commission regarding final plat for Northpointe Crossing,
Phase Two.
The property owner/developer has submitted a final plat for Northpointe Crossing,
Phase 2. Northpointe Crossing is located between CR 376 and CR 1106
immediately east of and adjacent to the DART rail line.
The City's consulting engineer and planning consultant reviewed the plat and
associated construction plans and submitted comments to the owner/developer. The
comments have been satisfactorily addressed (see attached letters). No variances
have been requested.
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the plat at its
meeting of October 3, 2006.
