A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING WHITE & POWELL COMMERCIAL ADDITION, BLOCK A, LOTS 1-5, CONCEPT PLAN WHEREAS, In order to provide for the orderly development of land within the Anna city limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas has adopted Article 9.02 ("Subdivision Regulation") and Article 9.04 ("Zoning Ordinance") of the Anna City Code of Ordinances; and WHEREAS, White + Willow — Anna LLC & Brian Roper have submitted an application for the approval of the White & Powell Commercial Addition, Block A, Lots 1-6, Concept Plan; and WHEREAS, the Concept Plan conforms to the city's Subdivision Regulations and Zoning Ordinance; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS, THAT: Section 1. Recitals Incorporated The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes. Section 2. Approval of Concept Plan The City Council hereby approves the White & Powell Commercial Addition, Block A, Lots 1-5, Concept Plan attached hereto as Exhibit A.
