WHEREAS, the City of Anna seeks to construct atwenty-five feet wide concrete roadway within
a 60 feet wide right-of-way that will cross through property owned by the Dallas Area Rapid
Transit (DART); and
WHEREAS, the construction of the twenty-five feet wide concrete roadway is part of the City of
Anna's Thoroughfare Plan and is required to protect and preserve the health, safety, and
welfare of present and future residents of the City of Anna; and
