CITY OF ANNA AGENDA NOTICE - CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL
TOWN HALL MEETING
January 27, 2015 7:30 pm — Anna High School Auditorium
The City Council of the City of Anna met in a Special Town Hall Meeting at 7:30 pm,
January 27, 2015, at the Anna High School Auditorium, located at 1107 Rosemond
Parkway, regarding the following items.
1. Call to Order.
Mayor Mike Crist called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
Mayor Mike Crist and Council Members James T. Cook, Lauren Lovato, Chad
Barnes, Nathan Bryan and Dick Dowd were present. Council Member John
Beazley was absent.
3. Briefing related to multi -family development projects proposed by Bonner
Carrington, Palladium USA, and Brownstone Ltd. (City Manager)
Philip Sanders, City Manager gave a presentation regarding the multi -family
development projects proposed.
4. Receive public comment regarding multi -family development projects
proposed by Bonner Carrington, Palladium USA, and Brownstone Ltd.
Residents were given the opportunity to speak regarding the proposed multi-
family development projects. Representatives from the proposed developments
had an opportunity to speak about their projects and answer resident's questions.
5. Adjourn.
Council Member Bryan made the motion to adjourn at 9:46 pm. Council Member
Dowd seconded the motion. Motion passes.
