MEETING OF ANNA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

The Community Development Corporation of the City of Anna will meet at 7:00 p.m., Monday,
December 5, 2005, at the Community Room of the Texas Star Bank, 402 W. White Street,
Anna, Texas, to consider the following items:
Call to Order.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
3. Consider action on election of officers for 2005-06.

C. Secretary -Treasurer
4a. Public Hearing:
The Anna Community Development Corporation will conduct a public hearing to consider the FY
2006 budget for the CDC.
4b. Consider action to adopt FY 2006 budget.
5. Consider action as desired regarding approval of minutes from November 16, 2004.
Staff report(s) and discussion of other issues, including suggestions for future agenda
items.
Development status report.
Park development status report.
7. Discussion of other issues as desired by members of CDC.
8. Adjourn.
