ANNA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
SPECIAL MEETING
February 25, 2008 5:00 PM
The Community Development Corporation of the City of Anna will meet at 5:00
p.m., Monday, February 25, 2008, at the Anna City Hall Administration Building,
111 N. Powell Parkway (Hwy 5) Anna, Texas to consider the following items:
1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
3. Citizen Comments
4. Public Hearing:
The Anna Community Development Corporation shall conduct a public
hearing regarding the submission of an application by the Anna
Community Development Corporation for a Texas Leverage Fund Loan
from the Office of the Governor, Economic Development and Tourism
Division, to partially fund the construction of public improvements at
Slayter Creek Park, Phase 1.
5. Consider/Discuss/Action regarding a Resolution adopting the Amended
By -Laws of the Anna Community Development Corporation.
6. Adjourn.
