CITY OF ANNA AGENDA NOTICE — CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
May 19, 2015 9:00 a.m. — Anna City Hall Administration Building
The City Council of the City of Anna met in special session at 9:00 a.m. on May 19, 2015,
at the Anna City Hall Administration Building, located at 111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy
5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to Order.
Mayor Mike Crist called the meeting to order at 9:00 am.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
Mayor Mike Crist and Council Members Chad Barnes, and Dick Dowd were
present. Council Members Lauren Lovato, James T. Cook, Nathan Bryan and
John Beazley were absent.
3. Consider/Discuss/Action regarding approving a Resolution canvassing the
returns of a General Election of one Mayor and one City Council Member,
all for three-year terms. (City Council)
Mayor Crist presented the item. Council Member Barnes made the motion to
approve. Council Member Dowd seconded the motion. Motion passed.
AYE 3 NAY 0 ABSTAIN 0
4. Adjourn.
Council Member Barnes made the motion to adjourn at 9:02 am. Council
Member Dowd seconded the motion. Motion passed.
