RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF
NORTHPOINTE CROSSING PHASE 3.
WHEREAS, In order to provide for the orderly development of land within the Anna city limits
and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City Council")
has adopted Part III -A of the Anna City Code of Ordinances ("Subdivision Regulations"); and
WHEREAS, LGI Homes — Texas LLC. has submitted an application for approval of a final
plat of the Northpointe Crossing Phase 3 Subdivision;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANNA, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated.
The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes.
Section 2. Approval of Final Plat
The City Council hereby approves the final plat of North Pointe Crossing Phase 3 attached
hereto as Exhibit 1.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas, on this 91h, day
of May, 2017.

RE: Northpointe Crossing Phase 3 — No Adverse Impact
Mr. Johnson,
In accordance with Part III -A, Article 3.11.03 (b) of the Anna City Code of Ordinances, "any
Application by a Property Owner for development that will affect downstream property, the
Property Owner shall furnish the City with a letter signed by a Texas Professional Engineer stating
that the development as designed will not damage downstream property due to the development's
impact on off-site drainage."
In Section VI of the Northpointe Crossing Phase III Flood Study dated February 6th ,2017, the
report states: "The results of this analysis show the Phase III improvements will have no adverse
impact to water surface elevations or velocities to downstream or upstream property owner".
Therefore, please consider
development as designed will
