CITY COUNCIL
REGULAR MEETING
The City Council of the City of Anna will meet in Regular Session at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday,
September 10, 2002, at the Anna City Hall, 101 N. Powell Parkway, to consider the
following items:
1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call.
3. Consider "Creekside Status Report" by Mr. John Aughinbaugh.
4. Consider action on dust mitigation on South Interurban Street.
5. Consider request by Mr. Ricky Gillean for action regarding code enforcement
under ordinances 95-17,95-18, and 95-20.

6. Consider request by Mr. Ricky Gillean for action regarding garage sales.
7. Discuss and take action as desired regarding outside City water and/or sanitary
sewer rate policy.
8. Consider action on revision of Fiscal Year 2001-02 budget.
9. Consider action on General Fund Budget for Fiscal Year 2002-03.
10. Consider action on Utility Fund Budget for Fiscal Year 2002-03.
11. Consider and take action on City of Anna ad valorem tax rate for tax year 2002.
12. TCDP grant application for sewer system improvements.
13. Local match authorization for TCDP grant application for sewer system
improvements.
14. Consider PZC recommendation regarding annexation of 350-acre tract along CR
366.
15. Consider PZC recommendation regarding zoning of 310-acre tract along CR 366.

16. Consider PZC recommendation regarding preliminary plat of The Crossing.
17. Consider recommendation of PZC regarding final plat of Carleo Addition, Block
A, Lot 1, 5.42-acre tract on CR 286 (500 feet south of intersection of CR 386 and
West White Street (FM 455).
18. Consider recommendation of PZC regarding site plan, induding landscape plan,
of Carleo Addition, Block A, Lot 1, 5.42-acre tract on CR 286 (500 feet south of
intersection of CR 386 and West White Street (FM 455).
19. Consider recommendation of PZC regarding annexation request by Solid
Ground, L.P., on 51.7-acre tract on CR 367.
20. Consider action to authorize indusion of thoroughfares in impact fee study.
21. Consider request to Collin County regarding participation in improvements to CR
370 and CR 366.
22. Consider approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting of the City Council, held on
August 13, 2002.
23. Consider approval of Minutes of Special Meeting of the City Council, held on
~' August 20, 2002.
24. Consider approval of bills to be paid.
25. Staff reports and items for discussion.
