SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING

The City Council of the City of Anna will meet in Special Session at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday,
February 18, 2004, at the Community Room, Texas Star Bank, located at 402 W. White Street
(FM 455), to consider the following items:
Please note that meeting place is at Texas Star Bank not Anna Citv Hall
1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
3. Consider action on Agreement(s) between City of Anna and North Texas Municipal
Water District or letters) of intent between City of Anna and North Texas Municipal
Water District regarding wastewater customer service contract.
4. Consider action on Agreement(s) between City of Anna and City of Melissa or letter(s) of
intent between City of Anna and City of Melissa regarding wastewater customer service
contract.
5. Consider action on Agreement between City of Anna and City Melissa or letter of intent
between City of Anna and City of Melissa regarding participation in construction of
wastewater transportation facilities.
6. Consider action authorizing securing of financing for participation with City of Melissa
and/or North Texas Municipal Water District in wastewater transportation facilities.
7. Adjourn.
