REGULAR MEETING
August 21, 2017
The Park Board of the City of Anna will hold its regular meeting on Monday, August 21,
2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Room of Anna City Hall Administration Building,
located at 111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
2. Consider/Discuss/Act on recommendation concerning a special event application
submitted by Kevin Hall, representative for the Greater Anna Chamber of Commerce
regarding the request for a 5K and 1 K Run Event at the Natural Springs Park on
September 2, 2017. The event will start at 8:00 am to 2:00 p.m.
Consider/Discuss/Act on recommendation concerning a special event application
submitted by Kevin Hall, representative for the Greater Anna Chamber of
Commerce regarding the request for the "Anna Glow Fest" to be held at the Slayter
Creek Park on October 28th, 2017 from 12:01- a.m. to 11:59 p.m. The event set up
will start on October 27,2017 ending October 29th for cleanup.
