White Street (FM 455), to consider the following items: Please note that time of meeting is 7:00 p.m. 1. Call to Order. 2. Administration of oath of office to new city council members. 3. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum. 4. Consider citizen comments and presentations. 5. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Under terms of Chapter 551 of Texas Government Code the City Council may enter into CLOSED SESSION or Executive Session to consult with legal counsel on matters in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly Conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Government Gode. (Government Code, Chapter 551.071). The council reserves the right to return to executive session throughout this meeting. 6. Consider action as desired regarding additional office space needs, options including placing temporary building at existing City Hall location or other site, leasing existing building(s), and/or adding to existing City Hall building. Discuss and consider action on drainage improvements at corner of Butler and Ashley Lane. S. Consider action on resolution approving submission of an application to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for assistance in the development of a trail from the proposed Anna City Park along Slayter Creek to the Anna Elementary School campus. 11. Consider action to authorize advertisement for bids on water system improvements, including water well and associated improvements, at Fifth Street water plant. 12. Consider action on mobile food service ordinance. 13. Consider action on temporary food service ordinance. 14. Consider action on Sweetwater Crossing Facilities Agreement. 15. Consider action on appointments to the Anna Park Board. 16. Consider action on election of mayor pro tempore. 17. Anna Volunteer Fire Department i. a. Review of monthly reports 18. Consider approval of Minutes of meetings of September 4, 2003, November 12, 2003, and December 16, 2003. 19.
