SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
August 2, 2004 7:00 PM
Anna City Hall
The City Council of the City of Anna will meet in Special Session at 7:00 P.m., Monday, August
2, 2004, at the Anna City Hall, located at 101 N. Powell Parkway (SH 5), to consider the
following items:
1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum. ("
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Under terms of Chapter 551 of Texas Government Code the
City Council may enter into CLOSED SESSION or Executive Session to discuss the
following:
A. Personnel:
To deliberate the employment of the position of Chief of Police of the City of Anna,
Texas. (Government Code, Section 551.074)
The council reserves the right to return to executive session throughout this meeting.
4. Consider and act upon items listed under Item 3 Executive Session, as necessary.
5. Adjourn.
This is to certify that I, Wayne E. Cummings, City Secretary, posted this agenda on the glass
front door of the City Hall, facing outside, and on the City Hall bulletin board at 3:00 P.M., July
