The City Council of the City of Anna will meet in Special Sessio at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday,
November 16, 2004, at the Community Room, Texas Star Bank, I ated at 402 W. White Street

4. EXECUTIVE SESSION: U of Chapter 551 of Texas Government Code the
City Council may /enteroCLOSED SESSION or Executive Session to discuss the
followinga. Purchase, exlease, or value of real property (Government Code, Chapter
551.072).
b. Penn . To deliberate the employment of the position of Chief of Police of the
City of nna, Texas. (Government Code, Section 551.074)
5. Discuss,and take action as desired regarding contract with Kenneth Jenks to serve as
Chisrof Police of the City of Anna.
6. • Consider action to authorize contract with GrahamMarcus for building inspection
services.
7. Staff report(s) and discussion of other issues, including suggestions for future agenda
items, as desired by city council members and staff.
8. Adjourn.
