The City Council of the City of Anna will meet in Special Session at 7:00 p.m.,
Thursday, September 8, 2005, at the Community Room, Texas Star Rank, located at 402
W. White Street (FM 455), to consider the following items:
1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
3. Public Hearing (2nd hearing):
To consider public comment on the City of Arena proposed tax rate for fiscal year
2005-2006.
4. Public Hearing
To consider public comments on a request by Mr. Hee D. Park (petitioner) for
specific use permit to open/operate a food -beverage shop, (A N Donut Shop)
located at the Anna Plaza Inc., 603 Powell Pkwy.
5. Action
To consider action on ordinance granting specific use permit to operate a food -
beverage shop, (A N Donut Shop) located at the Anna Plaza Inc., 603 Powell
Pkwy (petition by Mr. Hee D Park).
6. Action
To consider action on a request from Mr. Hee D Park (letter submitted)
requesting the $300.00 specific use permit application fee be waved.
7. Adjourn.

front door of the City Hall, facing outside, and on the City Hall bulletin board at or before
