Dlq-I -&6,q A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING THE MEADOW VISTA CONCEPT PLAN WHEREAS, in order to provide for the orderly development of land within the Anna city limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City Council') has adopted Article 9.04 of the Anna City Code of Ordinances ("Zoning Ordinance"); and WHEREAS, Bloomfield Homes has submitted an application for approval of the Meadow Vista concept plan; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS THAT: Section 1. Recitals Incorporated The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes. Section 2. Approval of Concept Plan. The City Council hereby approves the Meadow Vista concept plan attached hereto as Exhibit 1. PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas on this 10th day of December 2019. Proposed zoning Planned Development -Single -Family Residence-60/Restricted Commercial District (PD -SF -60/C- 1) with modified development standards. REMARKS: This concept plan is associated with the zoning case for Agenda Item No. 6B and is contingent upon approval of the zoning case. The purpose for the concept plan is to show the future single-family and commercial development, proposed rights-of-way, and related site improvements. The concept plan complies with the zoning district area regulations as requested by the zoning case. RECOMMENDATION: Recommended for approval subject to City Council approval of the zoning request.
