September 3, 2019, at the Anna City Hall, L ocated at 111 North P owell P arkway (Hwy 5),
to consider the following items.
1.Call to Order, Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum
2.I nvocation and P ledge of A llegiance
3.Conduct a P ublic Hearing on the P roposed 2019 Tax Rate (Finance Director Dana
Thornhill)

4.Conduct a P ublic Hearing on the P roposed F Y 2019-2020 Budget (Finance
Director Dana T hornhill)

5.A djourn.

readily accessible to the public at the A nna C ity Hall and on the City Hall bulletin board at
