Villages of Hurricane Creek
•Improvement Area #1 will include 215 units on 92 acres of
land with $69,393,000 of taxable assed value buildout. 138
units will be on 70’ lots with the reminder on 80’ lots.
•Additional phases will include another 439 units on 276
acres of land with $150,833,000 of taxable assed value
buildout. Phase II will include 49 units on 100’ lots.
•Total development will include 654 units for $220,226,000 of
taxable assed value buildout.

Regional Sewer Line Plan
•Line A is currently underway and is 15, 250
linear feet which equates to roughly 3
miles.
•Sewer line will help spur development.
