HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 2017-03-294 Petro Zapata, Development PlatCITY OF ANNA, TEXAS RESOLUTION NO. d01'7,()_3.--dqg A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING THE "ZAPATA DEVELOPMENT PLAT" WHEREAS, in order to provide for the orderly development of land within the Anna city limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City Council") has adopted Part Ill-A of the Anna City Code of Ordinances ("Subdivision Regulations"); and
WHEREAS, Petro Zapata has submitted an application for approval of a development
plat;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANNA, TEXAS THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes.
Section 2. Approval of Development Plat.
The City Council hereby approves the Zapata development plat attached hereto as
Exhibit 1.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas on this 14th,
day of March, 2017.
