The City Council of the City of Anna will meet in Regular Session at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday,
April 24, 2007, at the Community Room, Anna City Hall, located at 111 North Powell
Parkway (SH 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4 Citizen comments.
5. Consider/Discuss/Action regarding a Facility Agreement for Greer Addition.
6. Consider/Discuss/Action regarding a recommendation from the Planning and
Zoning Commission regarding the Final Plat for Greer Addition.
7. COnsider/DiscuWAction regarding a recommendation from the Planning and
Zoning Commission regarding the Final Plat for Urban Crossing.
8. Consider/Discuss/Action regarding a recommendation from the Park Board to
name the Mann property (park) Natural Spring Park.
9. CLOSED SESSION: Under Tex. Gov't Code Chapter 551, the City Council may
enter into closed session to:
a. discuss or deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real
property (Tex. Gov't Code §551.072);
b. consult with legal counsel on matters in which the duty of the attorney to
the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of
Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with
Chapter 551 of the Government Code. (Tex. Gov't Code §551.071) ;
The Council may vote and/or alt upon each of the items listed In this agenda.

throughout this meeting under any applicable exception to the Open Meetings

necessary.
11. Consider/Discuss/Action regarding a Public Road Crossing License Agreement
between DART and the City of Anna, Texas.
12. Consider/Discuss/Action regarding a resolution of the City Council of the City of
Anna, Texas regarding House Bill 2655 in the 80m Texas Legislative session
which effects Certificates of Convenience and Necessity.
13. Consider/Discuss/Action regarding Nominations for North Central Texas Council
of Governments 2007-2008 Executive Board.
14. Consider/Discuss/Action regarding hiring a consultant to help search for a City
Manager.

e. Park Board fund raiser — Add to utility bills for residents to be able to
donate $1.00
f. Status of Old City Hall renovations
g. Discussion on having developers grind up trees/no burning

get on the signs
