SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA
July 28, 2007 7:00 PM
Anna City Hall Administration Building
The City Council of the City of Anna will meet in a Special Meeting Session at 7:00 p.m.,
Saturday, July 28, 2007, at the Anna City Hall Administration Building, located at 111 N.
Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
3. Consider/Discuss/Action regarding a Resolution Suspending the July 30, 2007
Effective Date of the Proposal by ATMOS Energy Corp., MID-TEX Division to
Implement Interim Grip Rate Adjustments for Gas Utility Investment in 2006.
4. Consider/Discuss regarding Reviewing the Financial Status / Budget for the City
of Anna, Texas.
5. CLOSED SESSION: Under Tex. Gov't Code Chapter 551, the City Council may
enter into closed session to:
a. discuss or deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real
property (Tex. Gov't Code §551.072);
b. consult with legal counsel on matters in which the duty of the attorney to
the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of
Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas dearly conflicts with
Chapter 551 of the Government Code. (Tex. Gov't Code §551.071).
The council reserves the right to enter into executive session at any time
throughout this meeting under any applicable exception to the Open Meetings
Act.
6. Consider and act upon items listed under Item 5 Executive Session, as
necessary.
