Tire City Council of the City of Anna will meet in Special Session a<R�m� Tuesday,
August 21, 211(17, at the City Hall Administration Building, located at 111 N. Powell
Parlomay, ( Hay 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Cell and Establishmentof Cuomm.
3. CLOSED SESSION: Under Tex. Govt Code Chatmer 551, the City Council may
enter into dosed session to:
a. discuss or deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real
property (Tex Gov't Code §551.072).
b. consult with legal counsel on matters in which the duty of the attorney to
the govemmentel body under the Teras Disciplinary Rules of
Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts wish
Chapter 551 ofthe Government Cade. (Tex. Gov't Code §551,071).
The council reserves the night to enter into executive session at any time
