The City Council of the City of Anna will meat in Regular Session at 7:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, August 26, 2007, at the Anna City Hall Administration Building, located
at 111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Citizen comments.
5. Consider/Discuss/Action regarding an Ordinance by the City Council of
the City of Anna, Texas, relating to bonds proposed to be issued and
delivered by the Greater Texama Utility Authority, approving the issuance
thereof, and the facilities to be constructed or acquired by such Authority
(Sewer Projects, Senes2007-B $1,105,000 Bond Issue)
6. Consider/Discuss/Action regarding an Ordinance by the City Council of
the City of Anna, Texas, relating to bonds proposed to be issuetl and
delivered by the Greater Texoma Utility Authority, approving the issuance
thereof, and the facilities to be consWcled or acquired by such Authority
(Water Pmjecis, Series 2007-C $3,365,000 Bond Issue)
7. Consider/Discuss/Action regarding an ordinance Denying ATMOS Energy
Corp., MID-TEX Division's request for an annual gas reliability infrastructure
program rate adjushnent in this municipality so that the company may
pursue a system -wide annual gas reliability infrastructure program rate
adjustment with the Railroad Commission of Texas.

8. Discussion regarding Budget for Fiscal year 2007-2008.
9. Consider/DiscusslAclion on a proposed tax rate.
10. CLOSED SESSION: Under Tex, Gott Code Chapter 551, the City Council
may enter into closed session to:
a. discuss or deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of
real property (Tex. Gov't Code §551.072);
b. consult with legal courrael on matters in which the duty of the attorney to
the governmental body under the Taxes Disciplinary Rules of
Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with
Chapter 551 of the Govemment Cade. (Tex. Gov't Cade §551.071);
11.Consider and act upon items listed under Item 10 Executive Session, as
necessary.
12. ConsidedDlscuss/Action regarding an Ordinance amending the City's
sexually oriented business regulations to amend, clarify and add
provisions related to distance requirements with respect to properties
intended for uses that are incompatible vnth a sexually oriented business.
13.Consider/Discuss/Adion regarding accepting Joe Tyler's resignation and
appointing a Place 5 replacement for the Technology Advisory Commission.
14.Consider/Discuss/Action regarding accepting Robert Hamilton's nomination
and appointing a Place 4 replacement for the Economic Development
Coiporahon.
15.Consider/Discuss/Action regarding an Ordinance Altering the Prima Facie
Speed Limits Established for Vehicles Near School Zones wMhin the City.
