The City Council of the City of Anna will meet in Regular Session at 7:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, September 11, 2007, at the Anna City Hall Administration Building,
located at 111 Nordin Powell Pallnvay (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Cali to Order.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Cftizen comments.
5. CLOSED SESSION: Under Tex. Govt Code Chapter 551, the City Council
may enter into closed session to:
a. discuss or deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of
real property (Tex. Gov't Code §551.072);
b. consult with legal mum& on matters in which me duty of the attorney to
the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of
Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with
Chapter551ofthe Govemment Code. (Tex. GoVt Code5551.W1);
S. Mayor Pelham will read a Proclamation designating September 17, 2007

7. Presentation regarding a PubliclPdvate Partnership by Misty Ventura and
Rosenzweig Properties on 107 acres of commercial development land at
the north east intersection of FM 455 and US 75.

8. Consider/Discuss/Action regarding Site Plan for Tam Farms Commercial,
Tract 2.
9. Consider/Discuss/Action regarding an ordinance Denying ATMOS Energy
Corp., MID-TEX Division's request for an annual gas reliabilgy infiashucture
program rate adjustment in this municipality so that the company may
pursue a system -wide annual gas reliability infrastructure program rate
adjustment with the Railroad Commission of Texas.
10.Consider/Discuss/Action regarding a Resolution Designating where Closed
Session will be placed on the agenda.
11. Discussion regarding Budget for Fiscal Year 2007-2008,
12. Discussion regarding the proposed tax rate.
13. ConaiderlDiscuss/Action regarding accepting Susan Barnes resignation and
appointing a Place 5 replacement for the Community Development Corporation.
14.Consider/Discuss/Action regarding Nominations for the Central Appraisal
District of Collin County Board of Directors.
